Elite Mare Show in Rastede:
During the Oldenburger State Tournament in the Schloßpark at Rastede, one of the largest horse shows in Germany with 104 tests(!), the elite mare show of both Oldenburger Breeding Associations takes place.
Due to her excellent mare performance test, our Quadriga`s FÜRSTENQUEEN, by FÜRSTENBALL,
out of JAZZQUEEN by JAZZMAN / DON PRIMERO / WORLD CUP, was nominated for the Elite Mare Show.
On Thursday, the best 43 mares (out of approximately 300 mares who annually participate in the mare performance test) met to compete for the highly desired nomination for the final ring, the so-called “Brilliant Ring.”
Our FÜRSTENQUEEN was in great shape and received after a perfect round with her handler admission to the “Brilliant Ring.” In front of about 2000 knowledgeable spectators in the main arena, the mare (who is not for sale) was awarded a 1c ranking and the title of state premium and elite mare.
Special thanks to the team of the training barn of Christian Baune from Damme/Dümmerlohhausen, who prepared and presented the mare in excellent fashion.
